This contest is for students in grades K-12 who are attending public, private, or home schools in the United States or the US territories. To qualify, applicants must be US citizens, resident aliens, or nationals. US citizens attending schools abroad may enter through their legal state of residence.
To apply, applicants must draw, paint, or sketch a picture of an eligible North American waterfowl species. The submission deadline for all states is March 15, except for South Carolina (January 18), Arizona (March 1), and Ohio (March 1).
