Delaware Scholarship CompendiumThe good news for cash-strapped families of college-bound high school seniors is that scholarships offer “free money.” Unlike loans, scholarships don’t need to be repaid. This means fewer out-of-pocket costs and the potential to graduate with less student debt.

In Delaware, college-bound high school seniors can apply for one of 50 Diamond State Scholarships. These scholarships make $1,250/year available per student and are renewable for up to three additional years with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
