It takes many people to run the operations at Back to Basics and one of those dedicated employees is Phyllis Collins. Phyllis is an Administrative Assistant which means she does everything from being the first point of contact to walking new tutors through orientation to handling day to day and long-term projects. Her organization and follow through are critical to the running of the company.
Phyllis was born in Media, PA and moved to Delaware when she was 11. She came to Back to Basics from a banking background and has been with the company eight years. She lives in Delaware with her husband and has two daughters, one married and one in college.
When not busy at work Phyllis loves to read, cook family meals and go to the beach. One of her favorite spots to vacation is Sanibel Island off the Gulf Coast.
For 26 years, Back to Basics Learning Dynamics in has been recognized as the undisputed leader in one-on-one tutoring in Delaware.
