ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Part-time position (15 hours per week) in private school setting. Candidate will act as a first point of contact for administrators, students and families, handle correspondence, prepare reports, schedule events and field trips, as well as maintain databases, attendance, and student records. Candidates will possess exceptional communications skills, be able to effectively multi-task, be computer savvy (particularly database software, Microsoft Office, and Excel) and have a friendly, outgoing personality and phone manner. Job Requirements: 2 years of comparable work experience, knowledge of basic office technology, exceptional organizational skills, and pleasant phone manner.

BI-LINGUAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Bi-lingual psychologist for “as-needed” psycho-educational testing. English-Spanish.  Part-time position.  Doctorate degree required.

BI-LINGUAL SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Bi-lingual Speech Language Pathologist needed.   Various schools in the Wilmington area.  School prefers full-time therapist but will accept part-time.   Daytime hours between 7:30 am – 3:00 pm.    Minimum of a Master’s degree.  Must be licensed in DE and have your own materials.

CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
Behavior Specialist needed for school contracts. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working in a school or similar setting.  Master’s degree or above required.  FT & P/T positions available in New Castle County for upcoming school year.  Delaware certification required.

EDUCATIONAL DIAGNOSTICIAN
Full time Educational Diagnosticians needed for the Wilmington and Newark areas.  Daytime hours.  Must have a Master’s Degree and have your own testing materials, as well as 1 year experience as an Educational Diagnostician. Must hold or be eligible for or in the process of obtaining State of Delaware Certification in Special Education and a content area (e.g. elementary, math, science…).

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Immediate need for an Occupational Therapist during the daytime hours.   Part-time position in New Castle County area schools.  Must have own materials and be licensed in DE.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INSTRUCTORS 
Instructors needed to design and deliver professional development programs to school staff on an as needed basis.  Part-time positions with primarily day time hours.  Masters degree or higher required (education or related field preferred).  1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. Pay negotiable.

PSYCHOLOGIST FOR PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL TESTING
Psychologist needed for psycho-educational testing. Part-time during the day and weekends.  Must have testing materials.  Doctorate degree required.  Kent and New Castle Counties. Compensation negotiable.

READING SPECIALIST
Reading specialist needed.  After school and evening hours.  Part-time position in the Wilmington area.   Minimum of Certification and Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years teaching and/or tutoring experience required exclusive of practicum, student teaching and substituting. Experience with Wilson Reading, Reading Assist and/or Lindamood-Bell systems preferred.

SALESPERSON (inside and outside sales)
Immediate opening for a full-time salesperson for both inside and outside sales. Successful candidate will also coordinate scheduling and rescheduling of sessions, handle correspondence, prepare reports, schedule events, and maintain databases. Candidates will possess exceptional communications skills, be able to effectively multi-task, find resourceful solutions to complications, be computer savvy (particularly database software, Microsoft Office, and Excel) and be able to anticipate future needs. Job Requirements: 3 years of comparable work experience, knowledge of basic office technology, exceptional organizational skills, and pleasant phone manner. Experience in a school environment is preferred, but not mandatory.

CERTIFIED SPECIAL EDUCATION TUTOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN SEVERE MENTAL / EMOTIONAL HEALTH / BEHAVIORAL ISSUES
Special Education tutor with experience with severe emotional mental health and behavioral issues. Work with students during daytime hours in New Castle County, Delaware. Special Ed. Certification is mandatory, as well as 2+ years experience.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – SLP
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed during the daytime hours for grades K-8th.   Full-time or part-time at schools (our contracts).  Wilmington and Dover areas.  Must have own materials and be licensed in DE.
