Payment Procedures
Payments must be made in advance for each month with the exception of our auto bill option. At the time of sign up an initial deposit for one hour of services is charged to a credit card. The deposit will be applied to the first month's payment. The deposit will not be refunded if the client does not follow through with services. In the event that Back to Basics cannot provide services, the deposit will be refunded in full. We do request to keep a credit card on file. If there is a balance at the end of the billing period, the card on file will be charged. In addition to the deposit, the first payment must also be paid by Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Future payments may be made in advance by credit card, check, cash, or money order or for client convenience we offer an auto bill option. With the auto bill option your account is set up to automatically charge a credit card at the end of the billing period. You will receive a copy of transactions for that time period and a credit card confirmation.
