Corporate Education: Business Helping Business
Many companies have blended staffs. This means
you may find a number of foreign employees on
your payroll. In order to assist their personal growth
and the growth of your business as a whole, you may
want to consider special training and/or instruction for
these individuals. Employees will feel much more
confident and motivated, and have greater ability to
promote themselves and
your company, if they have a good mastery of the
written and spoken English language. Students
whose families have relocated from their native
countries for employment purposes could also benefit
from additional ESL instruction, 1-on-1. Enter
Back to Basics .
We are currently providing ESL instruction,
English as a
Second Language, to emplyees of several companies
in the
surrounging area. Owners and supervisors tell us that
it has made a great difference for their workers.
Self-esteem has increased and morale &
performance have
improved as well.
Districts also hire
our services to help foreign students who
attend their schools. The children are taught
conversation and written language in addition to
cultural orientation.
If you or someone you
know owns
or runs a business and can benefit from this
invaluable training, contact Back to Basics. We can
help. View our video by clicking the link below to find

| Student Showcase...Michael L. |
| |
Michael L. is our showcase student this month.
Michael is a high school junior and has been a private
school student with Back to Basics over several years.
He says he likes Back to Basics because the work is
different here than in "regular school." Having classes
with the instructors 1-on-1 means the schoolwork is
meant just for him. Michael likes the environment here
as well. It's quiet and geared toward
studying.
When he's not in school or busy
with homework, Michael likes to swim and build
things. He especially like models of buildings. Michael
says he would recommend Back to Basics to anyone
considering a different kind of school. In his own
words, "It has changed my life."
